Studio Melo is the creative house that contains Melo Collective — the physical origin point behind an evolving creative world, where lighting is tested, ideas are rehearsed, and small productions take shape before they meet the city. Melo Collective is its public-facing photography and creative-direction practice. As the build progresses, fragments of the process will appear here: lighting tests, paint, assembly, fabric, equipment prep.
Until the doors open, sessions run on location across New York — and the studio's progress will be documented here the way everything else is: honestly, in chapters.
