Studio Melo

Space rules

  1. No smoking or vaping inside the studio.
  2. Bookings are for creative production purposes only unless otherwise approved by the host.
  3. Please respect the maximum guest count listed with your reservation.
  4. Furniture and movable props may be repositioned for your shoot, but must be returned to their original location before departure.
  5. Studio lighting and available equipment may be used with care. Please do not remove equipment or furnishings from the property.
  6. No drilling, nailing, painting, glitter, confetti, smoke machines, open flames, or permanent alterations to the space.
  7. Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. Please keep food and drinks away from production equipment.
  8. Music is welcome at a reasonable volume. This is a creative studio, not a party or nightlife venue.
  9. Children must remain supervised by an adult.
  10. Please leave the space in generally the same condition in which you found it.
  11. Setup and breakdown must occur within your reserved booking time. Please book enough time to accommodate both.
  12. Any specialty setups, larger productions, or unusual equipment should be discussed with the host before booking.
  13. All ages are allowed in the space.
  14. A Ring doorbell camera at the exterior entrance may remain active during bookings for property and guest security. There are no security cameras or recording devices inside the rentable studio rooms.

Cancel 24 hours or more before your start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours aren't refundable.
